Media Directorate of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research:
On Wednesday 31th of May, 2017, Dr. Yusuf Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, invited the heads of public universities and deans of private institutes to discuss the laws of higher education, and take their ideas and suggestions about the laws of higher education. Also, he said that the ministry of higher education and scientific research changed the quantitative and qualitative in the laws of higher education but they are not commensurate with the current situation of the Kurdistan Region.
It is worth mentioning that, the meeting was attended by Dr. Karim Saleh Abdul, advisor of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohammed Saber, general director of the Department of Administration and Follow-up, Dr. Nori Shykhani, general manager of the department of the analyzing and quality assurance and Khatab Shykhani, general director of the Department of Administration and Economics.
